IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION:
On delivery you will have to check the goods before you sign for it. Above the place you sign it says "GOODS RECIEVED IN GOOD CONDITION". If this is signed when the goods are damaged there is no chance of making a claim or getting any compensation (courier's rules). You should open the parcel in front of the driver, make sure there is no damage and only then sign for it. If the driver does not want to wait then you should sign for it as damaged.

1. Royal Mail Global Priority (slow delivery + rudimentary tracking)

2. Cost effective courier service such as FedEx or ParcelForce DataPost on a per-order basis based on volumetric weights plus insurance - efficiently trackable - requires a second invoice after order is completed

• Note 1: Insurance costs extra, but without it there there can be no more than token compensation in the unlikely event of a claim, and some carriers won't pay anything for under-insured parcels
• Note 2: Normal air parcel post no longer offered: unreliable open-ended delivery, no tracking, high risk of damage, no proof of delivery
• Note 3: In the unlikely event of obvious damage, packages should not be opened - investigators need to assess the package before proceeding with any claims for compensation for damage

An invoice can be sent in advance for Global Priority deliveries, but with the new volumetric weight system the shipping charge for an express delivery will not be known until the order is completed and packed, in which case the balance will be invoiced separately using PayPal or Google Checkout. Kites won't be made until paid for.
